My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite small and had a bit of a claustrophobic feeling due to facing a busy street. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional with staff going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. When I checked in, even though it was after check-in time, the hotel provided decent rooms. However, facing the back meant some noise from the courtyard below, and the rooms were so overheated that I had to open the window despite the freezing temperatures outside.
