Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite small and had a bit of a claustrophobic feeling due to facing a busy street. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional with staff going above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The location was convenient, especially being close to the train station, although the hotel itself lacked charm. The dining options were decent but could benefit from more variety. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs.
When I checked in, even though it was after check-in time, the hotel provided decent rooms. However, facing the back meant some noise from the courtyard below, and the rooms were so overheated that I had to open the window despite the freezing temperatures outside.
The hotel had a rather awkward room configuration, not very spacious, and not as depicted on the website. However, the service provided was amazing and overwhelmingly welcoming, with great offerings like dry cleaning, housekeeping, a welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was quite good, being near the central train station and minutes away from the river. The dining experience was mediocre with an adequate variety of choices.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were hot, noisy at night, but had a bathtub and overlooked a quiet courtyard at the back. The service was exceptional, especially after a theft incident at the hotel's restaurant. The location was convenient, very close to the train station and ideal for exploring Switzerland. Dining was average, with room for improvement in the variety of options. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
The hotel had very modern and clean rooms, ready for check-in on the spot for families. While some noise from the courtyard below could be heard at night, the overall stay was pleasant. The service was exceptional, with kind and considerate staff who were helpful with local information. The location was excellent, right next to the train station and close to main sights, though it may get noisy after dusk. Dining options were good, with a variety of choices and a cozy atmosphere in Luzern. Overall, a great value for a convenient stay.
